The flow rate can be steplessly adjusted within the range of 0-100%. The product features static seal without leakage at the hydraulic end, simple structure, low maintenance cost, and excellent cost performance. Product Functions

• The pump's flow control modes include manual control and automatic control, and the automatic control can be realized through frequency conversion.

• Parameter range: flow rate is 0.47～6000L/h, maximum working pressure is optionally up to 1.2MPa; the flow stability accuracy can be controlled within 1%.

• Suction lift capacity: ≤3m (water column)

• The product has no safety relief device. When forming a system, a safety valve should be installed in the outlet pipeline of the pump to improve operational safety.

• When conveying flammable, explosive, strongly corrosive, toxic and other hazardous chemicals, to prevent accidents caused by diaphragm rupture, a hydraulic end structure with double diaphragms and a diaphragm rupture alarm device can be selected.

• The diaphragm of the metering pump is made by pressing a multi-layer composite structure: the first layer is a super-tough Teflon acid-resistant film, the second layer is EPDM elastic rubber, the third layer is a 3mm thick SUS304 supporting iron core, the fourth layer is reinforced with enhanced nylon fiber, and the fifth layer is fully covered with EPDM elastic rubber. This structure can effectively extend the service life of the diaphragm.
