This series of non-clogging sewage pumps is suitable for transporting industrial wastewater and urban domestic sewage. Their biggest advantage is strong self-priming ability—no foot valve is needed in the suction pipeline. They can transport sewage containing solid particles and fibrous materials. To meet different user matching requirements, this series of non-clogging sewage pumps is available in materials such as cast iron and stainless steel, and can be equipped with explosion-proof motors. The structure consists of a motor and a water pump. The motor adopts a Y-series asynchronous motor with Class F insulation. For the pump part, the water pump is located at the other end of the motor. The pump impeller is a single-blade type with a large channel, featuring strong sewage discharge capacity and resistance to clogging. It can pump turbid liquids containing fibrous substances and suspended solid particles. It uses a double-end mechanical seal to ensure no leakage of the transported medium.
