Product Description

The IHG Stainless Steel Vertical Pipeline Pump is an advanced centrifugal pump built to transfer clean water and other liquids with similar properties. Its structure is based on ISO2858 and JB/T53058-93 standards, making it reliable and energy-efficient. The vertical design with inlet and outlet on the same centerline allows for installation directly into pipelines, saving space and simplifying maintenance. The pump is available in several configurations for different temperature ranges:ISG: Up to 80ºC for industrial/municipal use.

● IRG: Up to 120ºC for hot water.
● GRG: Up to 240ºC for high-temp applications.
● IHG: For corrosive liquids, -20ºC to 120ºC.
● YG: For oils, -20ºC to 120ºC.

Work Conditions

● Pressure Specifications: The pump’s inlet pressure should not exceed 1.0 MPa, while the system's maximum working pressure is capped at 1.6 MPa. Additionally, the combined pump inlet pressure and head should stay within this limit.
● Ambient Conditions: Works efficiently in ambient temperatures below 40°C and relative humidity under 95%.
● Fluid Composition: Suitable for media with a solid particle volume of up to 0.1% and particle diameters no larger than 0.2mm, ensuring long-term durability and minimizing wear
