The ISG pump adopts a vertical structure with identical inlet and outlet diameters on the same central line, which can be installed on pipelines just like valves. It features compact and attractive appearance, small floor area and low construction cost, and can be used outdoors with a protective cover equipped.

The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor with a short axial size and compact structure. The reasonable matching of pump and motor bearings effectively balances the radial and axial loads generated during operation, ensuring stable pump operation with low vibration and noise.

The shaft seal adopts single or combined mechanical seals, equipped with imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium high-temperature resistant mechanical seals and hard alloy materials. With excellent wear resistance and sealing performance, it greatly extends the service life of mechanical seals.

Easy installation and maintenance. There is no need to disassemble the pipeline system; all rotor components can be pulled out simply by removing the nuts of the pump integrated base.

The pump can be operated in series or parallel connection according to on-site requirements of flow rate and head.

Vertical or horizontal installation is optional to adapt to different pipeline layout requirements.
